It is MMI's policy to ensure that all product is produced with the lowest Environmental impact using eco friendly and sustainable resources when possible.

It is also our policy to make sure that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and rigorously checked before being shipped.

We adhere to all International standards and ISO certifications.

Sustainability policy

MMI Group Ltd maintains an Environmental Management System.  The objectives of the EMS are:

  • To achieve sound environmental practices across our entire operation.

  • To comply fully with all relevant legislation.

  • To minimise our waste and reduce our water consumption where possible.

  • To Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle the resources consumed by our business                 wherever practical

  • To provide all employees with the training and resources required to meet our objectives.

  • To monitor and record our environmental impacts on a regular basis and compare our performance with our policies, objectives and targets

  • To Re-use packing material.

 

MMI Group Ltd implements an Ethical & Sustainable Procurement Policy.

We do this so that our procurement impacts are identified and managed properly.

This in turn means that our company can improve on the positives and minimise the potential negative impacts for sustainability.

Product compliance and

quality assurance policy

The objective of MMI Group is to produce Military, Civil Insignias, Sports Medals and Awards for the Business and Private Sectors & Provision of Branding and Personalisation Services.

In order to achieve this objective, the company will maintain an effective and efficient Quality Management System based upon the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

In particular, the company will:

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of its business processes and objectives through Management Reviews and the Internal Audit Process

  • Proactively seek feedback from customers on how well its products meet their requirements

  • Analyse the causes of any complaint or problem and take appropriate action to prevent recurrence

  • Select and work closely with suppliers who enable the company to create and deliver a reliable performance

  • Recruit employees who are customer focussed and support them with appropriate training and systems to ensure their competence always meets the company’s requirements.

  • Provide a work environment that promotes the well-being of its employees, and encourages positive teamwork

  • Encourage all employees to identify problems and make suggestions to improve all aspects of the company’s products/services and business processes

  • Ensure that all employees are aware of the Quality Policy and are committed to the effective implementation of the Quality Management System

  • Ensure that the company complies with all necessary regulatory and legal requirements

The continual improvement of the effectiveness of the company’s Quality Management System is fundamental to the success of its business and must be supported by all employees as an integral part of their daily work.

International Standards

MMI Group holds quality certification ISO 9001:2015. In September 2020, the company passed its annual audit to achieve certified quality assurance accreditation for a further year.  MMI Group is a full member of Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA), membership that was first awarded in 1980.
